Getting Started with Therapy

To schedule a first appointment, please give me a call or email me and let me know:

  • your full name and phone number

  • a few words about why you are seeking therapy

  • what times work for you to talk on the phone

I will give you a call and we can talk about what you're hoping to get from therapy and whether I am a good fit to provide that. If we decide to move forward I will send you paperwork to complete online. After I review the paperwork we can schedule the first appointment.

I am available for appointments weekdays 9:00AM - 6:00PM. 

*Currently I am only doing telehealth sessions but will be available for in-person sessions in the near future.
